A block of rooms has been reserved for the night of August 16th at the Candlewood Suites, 1831 Research Park Drive, 701-235-8200. The rooms are at state rates ($63/night plus tax). The block is under FTA and will only be held until July 23. The hotel is within walking distance of the Research Park Building. Parking is also available at the Research Building I. Registrants must make their own room reservations. There is no cost for the seminar. A continental breakfast, breaks and lunch on the 17th will be furnished at no cost.

For Section 5311 providers, travel costs, hotel and meals, if applicable, are RTAP reimbursable. However, eligible transit agencies must apply for RTAP funding through the NDDOT at least 30 days in advance.

The facility and room where the seminar is being held is handicapped accessible. Requests for special accommodations related to dietary restrictions can be submitted in the "comments" section of the online registration.
