Lyn Hellegaard; Coordinator Montana Transit Association and Director, Missoula Ravalli Transportation Management Association, Missoula, MT

Lyn Hellegaard is executive director of Missoula Ravalli Transportation Management Association, the only Transportation Management Association and commuter vanpool program in Montana. The TMA also has an integrated senior/AWD transportation service and K-12 transportation education program. She is also the state coordinator for the Montana Transit Association has collaborated in passage legislation favorable to transit in Montana. She has been responsible for the development of a Web-based coordination program for service providers. Lyn serves on several local, state, regional and national transit committees.

Lyn has several years experience developing and implementing training programs for adults as an American Institute of Banking instructor.

Carol Wright; Dakota Transit Association - Board President; and Project Director, James River Transit, Jamestown, ND

Carol Wright has an M.S. Degree in Human Development/Education/Gerontology. She is a member of the Steering Committee for the Small Urban & Rural Transportation Center (SURTC). She was selected as one of 14 team members for the Fall 2004 South America Study Mission on Innovations in Bus, Rail and Specialized Transit sponsored by the Transportation Research Board (TRB) of the National Academies of Sciences representing all public transportation providers in the United States. She is currently serving as a panel member for the Transportation Cooperative Research Program (TCRP) on the project, Understanding How to Motivate Our Communities to Support and Ride Public Transportation. She has been a director of transportation services for over 11 years.
