Organizing Transit in Small Urban and Rural Communities

Proper organization of transportation services can result in efficiently meeting a community's diverse mobility needs. Unfortunately, there has been limited academic research employing advanced economic concepts and tools to address this issue. No studies in the literature have focused on small urban and rural communities.
