State Management Plan Matrix
The State Management Plan Matrix is aimed at developing a matrix of requirements from a mix of selected states relating to state and federal requirements in regards to Section 5303, 5313(b), 5309, 5310, and Section 5311 funding. These requirement fields include but are not limited to the application process, grant timeline and allocation, minimum requirements, selection criteria, as well as reporting and monitoring requirements. The analysis of all the programs and how they coincide with FTA, guidelines gives North Dakota a tool to customize and change the states program as deemed necessary.
